Chicago Art Girls began more than 20 years ago when a group of artists gathered to eat, drink and share information about the Chicagoland art show circuit. Today, potluck dinners remain and Chicago is our home, but our businesses have flourished and our artistic influence reaches well beyond city borders.  

Chicago Art Girls provides a community of shared experiences to help artists thrive in their profession. We are diverse in our media, but we are one in our support for each other as artists, professionals and, most importantly, women.   

Artists
We design, fabricate and sell our work in a range of media, such as jewelry, glass, ceramics, painting and fiber. We’re independent in our art, but work together to strengthen both our creative and business aspirations. 

Professionals
We are the force behind Chicago Art Girls Pop-Up Shops, an annual art show and sale showcasing the finest local hand-made art, craft and artisanal food. Offering expertly-curated gifts in a fun, vibrant setting, Chicago Art Girls Pop-Up Shops have become the premier local art shopping event. 

Friends
We’ve developed deep friendships during our years together, and we’re also friends to our Chicago community. As local artists, giving back locally is important to us. By donating our artwork to be raffled at our events, we’ve raised thousands of dollars for charities, such as Common Pantry, Girl Forward and Sara's Circle.
